Questions
Who sets up and maintains the inductions?
We do. Site Inductions is a managed service: we build your inductions, host them and update them when your site rules change.
Do contractors need an account?
You send them the induction by email and the link signs them straight in. There is no password for them to set up.
Can we run several sites?
Yes. Every plan covers a number of sites and takes more whenever you need them, each with its own inductions, and a person can be cleared for one site and not another.
Can a site induction require a general safety course first?
Yes. Courses can require others to be complete first, and the gatehouse check only clears someone whose prerequisites are in date too.
Who makes the AI training videos?
Our video team does. We write each script for you to approve, produce the video and check every one before it reaches your learners. They are clearly labelled as AI, and videos made by our animators are available too.
Can we edit the courses ourselves?
Yes. We build your courses for you, and everything in them stays editable: the wording, the order, the questions, the certificates and which videos are used. Add your own videos alongside ours whenever you like, and ask us if a video itself needs changing.
