Our standard turnaround time is based around a 6-week production schedule. This may vary from time to time depending on our internal production schedules.

If you have a tighter deadline, we may offer priority scheduling to expedite production if our internal schedule allows.

If you have requested a revision and we haven’t made the change quite how you envisioned, we will re-revise the specified changes again, completely free of charge in an additional draft. This is our satisfaction guarantee.

We have designed our production process in a way that means almost all additional costs relate to a change of scope. 

So if you sign off a step of the process and decide to change that later on, there could be an additional cost relative to the portion of the video that needs to be changed.

Example Scenario 1: 

We have provided Draft 1 of your video and you would like to change 20% of the script.

Cost: 20% of the original video cost would quoted and added on to the final invoice for the project with your approval

Example Scenario 2:

We have provided Draft 1 of your video and you would like to change a scene, or direction from the approved storyboard.

Cost: Change of scope visual revisions are quoted in line with our hourly rate.

All additional costs are fully disclosed during production, so you can decide whether you would like to proceed with them, or not.

We do not guarantee a specific delivery date, as we rely on your feedback at each stage of production to progress and this is out of our control.

Yes! We have an in-house copywriter who can create fantastic scripts for any project. Scripts will be sent back to you for your review prior to the animation process, so you can be confident the script we have created is just right.

I normally makes sense to have a video produced alongside your website, even if it's still in development. Aligning your website development and video production can help maximise conversions as soon as the website goes live.  Simply send us your logo and  branding colours (or complete guidelines if you have them) and we're good to go. If you don't have any, we offer branding and logo design packages too.

We do not outsource any production work. All videos are produced in-house by our team based in Kingston Upon Hull, England.

We offer a triple protection guarantee. With free revisions at the scripting stage, the storyboard stage and the first draft stage, so we rarely miss the mark!

Yes, you'll own the commercial rights to your finished video. We may use assets which were used in other projects, but specific characters that were created for your project will not be used in other projects.

Yes! We can provide versions of your videos in other languages in various different ways, from basic subtitles... to fully translated versions with native voiceover artists.

Professional voice overs are included with our videos as standard.

We use fantastic, professional voice over artists. We'll provide samples of different artists to choose from once your project is underway.

Yes! Simply provide any assest you would like adding along with the rest of the information for your video.

We provide all our videos in MP4 format (ideal for YouTube and all social media platforms), in 1920x1080p HD resolution. 

However, if you have any specific file type, or resolution requirements, just let us know!

No, we never use our own branding in videos produced for our customers.
