Questions
Can two people sign, such as a patient and their partner?
Yes. A sign-off can ask for a second signature as well as the patient's own.
Can patients ask questions?
Yes. They can ask questions within the course, your team answers, and common answers can be shown as FAQs for everyone.
Can each clinic see only its own patients?
Yes. Put each clinic in its own group with its own managers, who see their patients and nobody else's.
Who makes the AI training videos?
Our video team does. We write each script for you to approve, produce the video and check every one before it reaches your learners. They are clearly labelled as AI, and videos made by our animators are available too.
Can we edit the courses ourselves?
Yes. We build your courses for you, and everything in them stays editable: the wording, the order, the questions, the certificates and which videos are used. Add your own videos alongside ours whenever you like, and ask us if a video itself needs changing.
