Questions
What can a course include?
Video, audio, text, images, documents, embedded content, assignments, quizzes and sign-offs, in any order you like.
Can we use content we already have?
Yes. Upload your existing videos and documents and build courses around them, then add new Squideo videos where you need them.
Does it support SCORM?
Not today. Courses are built in Smart Hosting itself from video and the other unit types. If SCORM matters to you, tell us in your demo request and we will talk it through.
Can learners use it on their phones?
Yes. Smart Hosting works in the browser on any phone, tablet or computer, and learners can add it to their home screen like an app.
Who makes the AI training videos?
Our video team does. We write each script for you to approve, produce the video and check every one before it reaches your learners. They are clearly labelled as AI, and videos made by our animators are available too.
Can we edit the courses ourselves?
Yes. We build your courses for you, and everything in them stays editable: the wording, the order, the questions, the certificates and which videos are used. Add your own videos alongside ours whenever you like, and ask us if a video itself needs changing.
