Do we pay for volunteers who are not active?

No. A learner only counts in a month they sign in, so people who are inactive that month cost nothing.

Can volunteers use it on their phone?

Yes. The academy works on any phone, and they can add it to their home screen.

Is there a free option for small groups?

Yes. The Free plan covers up to 10 active learners a month.
