Can we set different rules for different roles?

Yes. Compliance rules apply to groups, so a forklift driver and an office manager can each be held to the training their role needs.

What happens when someone's certificate expires?

They are reminded before it lapses, it shows as due and then lapsed in your compliance view, and the course is ready for them to retake.

Can we record training done in person?

Yes. Record a paper sign-off against a person with a scan of the original, so the register covers everything in one place.
