Can each branch manager see only their branch?

Yes. Each location is a group with its own managers, who see their own people and nobody else's.

Can some courses be for one region only?

Yes. Assign courses to the groups that need them, and leave the rest on the whole network.

What happens as we open new locations?

Add a group for the new location and assign its courses. Pricing follows active learners, not locations, so a new branch never needs a new plan by itself.
