    Issue certificates on completion, set how long they last, and let people know before they lapse. Each one carries a QR code anyone can check.

Who sets up and maintains the inductions?

We do. Site Inductions is a managed service: we build your inductions, host them and update them when your site rules change.

Do contractors need an account?

You send them the induction by email and the link signs them straight in. There is no password for them to set up.

Can we run several sites?

Yes. Every plan covers a number of sites and takes more whenever you need them, each with its own inductions, and a person can be cleared for one site and not another.

Can a site induction require a general safety course first?

Yes. Courses can require others to be complete first, and the gatehouse check only clears someone whose prerequisites are in date too.
