- Only active learners count
- A learner counts in a month they sign in. Admins, managers, instructors and anyone who does not open the academy that month are free, so you never pay for a list of names.
- Nobody is ever locked out
- Go over your allowance and everyone still gets in. The first 10% over is free, each person after that costs the small per person rate on your plan, and a month never costs more than the plan that would have covered it.
- Two months free on annual
- Pay yearly and you pay for ten months. Monthly plans have no minimum term, so you can cancel any time.
- Extra sites
- Site Inductions plans take more sites whenever you need them, at £75 a month each.
- Your own videos are welcome
- Build courses from videos Squideo makes for you, videos you already have, or both. Every plan takes both.
Pricing questions
What counts as an active learner?
Anyone with the learner role who signs in or opens the academy during a calendar month. Admins, managers, instructors and people who never sign in that month cost nothing.
What happens if we go over our allowance?
Nobody is locked out. The first 10% over is free, and each person beyond that costs your plan's per person rate for that month. A month never costs more than the plan that would have covered it, so going well over simply costs what the right plan costs.
What is the difference between the Training Academy and Site Inductions?
The Training Academy is yours to run: you build and assign courses for your own people, and it is priced by how many people learn each month.
Site Inductions is a managed service for contractors and visitors coming on to your sites. We set up the inductions and keep them up to date, and it is priced by how many sites you induct for.
Is there a minimum term?
Not on monthly plans: cancel any time. Annual plans are paid a year in advance and cost ten months, so two months are free.

All prices are shown excluding VAT, which is added at the standard rate.
